Joyce Davis,
President, Keeping Babies Safe
Joyce Davis is President and a member of the Board of Directors of Keeping Babies Safe. Joyce lives in New Jersey with her husband and three daughters. She has a degree in Advertising and Psychology from Syracuse University. Joyce lost her son, Garret, when he was 4 months old due to an unsafe sleeping condition; one which was totally avoidable, had the proper information been available. She hopes that the efforts of KBS will prevent other families from going through the tragedy of losing (or having harm caused to) a healthy baby.

Drew Matilsky is the Chairman and CEO of TUTM Entertainment and Pretty Ugly LLC, which he founded in 1994 and 2001, respectfully. Drew began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 16 when he opened his first clothing business selling jeans within a flea market. This was the beginning of a lucrative retail career that spanned more than 12 years, 10 stores and several companies including Clothes Encounters, Kahootz and Relax America. He later founded TUTM Entertainment, a unique creator and marketer of compilation music, costumes, novelty items and many seasonal products primarily to non-music retailers. By capitalizing on the niche of providing party and holiday specific items in non-traditional retail channels, Drew has grown the business to more than $30 million in sales through distribution of over 40,000 retailers. In 2001, Drew identified another niche with his investment in Uglydolls, an art-influenced brand of plush characters. His marketing and packaging skills, coupled with the TUTM distribution channel, has made Uglydoll a virtually overnight phenomenon.
